After we learn more about what our clients want to include in their new home, we create preliminary drawings to give clients a better idea of what to expect in building their custom home. During this phase, clients can update, change, remove, or add to these drawings. Once the client has made their final decisions, our architect will create a working custom home blueprint that includes all changes made during this phase. Working blueprints help us determine the final custom home cost and allow us to begin scheduling construction of the new home.

Local Independent Construction
